Unresponsive and unprofessional. Look elsewhere.
Here's how our interaction went over the span of two weeks time:
I emailed them for a quote and he said he would look at it the following day.
Two or three days passed without any word from him so I reached out again asking. It then took another two days to finally get my quote.
I responded to the quote THAT SAME DAY saying the quoted price and frequency sounds great.
- After that I get no response to my email for a week.
- After all that, he finally responded to my text and said "I looked at it a while back, dont remember any discussion about
