That jerry guy was incredibly rude. He insulted me over the phone right before he hung up and thought I didn’t hear it.
Actually he insulted me to my face before he hung up the phone. He said “I should pursue a career in broadcasting” when I was confirming the information on his tickets he placed for the pa one call. He meant it sarcastically because I had to verbally confirm all of the stupid info on his tickets.
Too bad we record all calls and if his employer asks for proof we have it lol
