My husband and I moved into a condo recently and made an appointment with Sala A.C. to check the systems' status. Alex did a fantastic job! He explained (very patiently) the 101 of my unit: what kind of systems I have, maintenance required, he even taught me how to clean the devices. I appreciate he did not try to sell me services or products, he explained my options and allowed me time to do a quick search online to understand what he was proposing. If you need a 100 yr old house re-fitted with heat and air... these are your guys. I own a house in Oak Cliff. the system was goodness knows how old .. The unit quit me in 2011 was told a repair would be 2k and up... and why invest . replace. but then... the cost right? years later after living with window units and space heaters.. got together 5k.. no one will even speak to you if that is all ya got. *sigh* but I needed several high dollar repairs.. got a equity loan. My thanks to the estimate guy Jeff for being pleasant and supportive from the first estimate thru my equity cash out

I am very satisfied with their service. The day i called I was aggravated with another company and I called sala I thought they were dismissing me so i hung up on the guy, but he decided to call me back. He was very nice and offered me a visit without charge so I accepted and I am so happy I did. Pablo came over to my house gave me a price two days later Pablo and Roberto did my AC. Roberto was so good very nice guy he even cleaned my floor. Everything is nice looking, clean, and working. Oh I almost forgot. They also enlarged my vent because the old one was so small not even a mouse could go

It was 107 outside when I came home and as I pulled into the driveway, I could tell by the sound of our AC something was a miss. I went and checked the thermostat and there was the evidence. I called Sala and a 90 later, they were at the house. Alex was very thorough and timely. For a call so late in the day I thought they were well priced. It's my second experience with them and will definitely be calling again. Thanks again Alex for the great job.

Twice in one week, Sala has come to the rescue and been out at the last minute to service our rent house and today our house! They are professional, courtesy and affordable! Our technician Mark has a great memory and asked about an upstairs unit he worked on two years prior! We've used several AC companies before finding them and they are by far the best!

My Ac went out in a Texas summer. Sala answered after hours. They were able to come out the next day and fix my AC in less than 45 minutes. I paid $170 which was okay with me. However I had the exact same issue exactly 1 year later and I had to pay $170 again. I only gave 4 stars only because I had the same issue twice. If it happens again within the next 18 months I will use another company

We were exceptionally pleased with Sala A/C and the two men, Tim and Mark, who came to repair and replace a portion of our duct work under our house. We called another AC company several times and they never called back. We found out later that they do not go under the house! In the mean time we called our American Home Shield and they denied coverage. We needed the work done. Tim diagnosed our problem. Tim and Mark replaced a portion of our duct work under the house. They were professional, courteous and got the job done. We highly recommend Sala. They explained everything they were going

The customer service from start to finish was excellent. Upstairs ac unit wasn't working and they came out to diagnose and we needed a new blower motor. Took the time to look up the warranty info and find out the part was under warranty so we could save money. Labor price was very fair and the tech, Mark, was very friendly and professional during the install. I really appreciate them actually looking up the warranty and not just trying to stick it to us like some companies might. Would definitely recommend and will use again for any ac or heating issues in the future

My service contract with a local HVAC company was about to expire, after calling them and becoming frustrated over the hassle to renew and for someone to come out, I quickly searched other local companies, I called SALA and talked with both brothers, Jon was kind and accommodating. Called Sala Air on a Thursday afternoon and got a return call by Friday morning. I called about a problem my elderly parents were having with the AC unit. I spoke to both brothers and they were very kind and accommodating. The explained the options and even offered low cost temporary fix since my parents are in a budget and just to get them by. What surprised me is that they even called the week after to follow up on the initial call. We didn't get the work done because my parents had another unexpected urgent priority they had to fix that could not wait. The AC unit that was having the problem

Sala Air Conditioning lived up to their reviews on Yelp. The office staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Service Technicians called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. They introduced themselves and explained their process for completing the semi-annual maintenance on my air conditioning units. They were very attentive to ensuring no dirt was tracked into the living spaces. Sala A/C installed the air conditioning unit in our funky old house about 3 years ago. Another company placed a bid, but Sala won our business because they were able to work with us to come up with some creative ways to use existing ductwork to make our system work, and bring the cost down.
But what really won my heart was when they installed it. Working in a super hot attic in the summer has got to be the worst. I didn't even like being in the (cooler) house. But every single worker was friendly, upbeat and respectful. And they did a great job!

An air duct in my attic was torn and hanging loose. I wanted it fixed ASAP since I thought it was letting cool air escape into the attic as our AC had lost some efficiency. I was also having our house's vents and air ducts vacuumed a few days later and wanted to avoid any further damage.
