Roger came out and did a repair on our Dishwasher. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and repaired just as fast. We had to wait a couple days for the parts to come in but that is out of their control. Great service every time and are very easy to work with. We will continue to use them and recommend to our friends and family.

Bryce did a good job of communicating with us before he came about time, repair, etc. He came on a Monday, found he needed a new part. Brought the new part and installed it on Friday which I felt was a pretty good turn around. He was clean cut and knowledgeable and we feel good about the repair and Bryce's service and demeanor.

If there was an option for zero stars, I’d pick that. Glitch on your end, zero communication about the tech not coming back to install the fan. I received a text while the technician was at my home saying he was 30 minutes away. They were supposed to notify me 30 minutes before they got to my home. Technician showed up at 11:03, I revived a text at 11:07 and he left at 11:08 closing the job.

The worst repair company I've ever worked with. They have me a time window and I arranged my workday to be home and then they called during that time window and said their repair guy was running behind. Then I rescheduled again for another day and they called again at the specified time and said the repair guy was overbooked. I wouldn't even give them another chance if it wasn't that this is a repair setup with my warranty claim. Avoid this company at all costs.
