We have had these folks due a full kitchen and bath remodel as well as a tub surround and a shower stall over the years. I can't say enough good about them. They cover everything for your life time. The few minor service calls for things like a shower head and caulking were covered at no charge. The rooms they remodeled are great and get nothing but compliments.

We had a complete bathroom remodel. Working with Patete was a good experience. We met several times to discuss, pick out what we wanted and get the quote. We were happy with the price (in our range) and they worked to make sure it was what we wanted.
We’re very happy with the quality of work, and love the overall finished job. We love the tile, vanity, paint-everything came out great. We had a few hiccups due to Covid things but that’s obviously out of anyone’s control. They worked hard and we love our new bathroom!

They are exactly as advertised. A designer comes to the house to talk about the project and measure. They set up a showroom appointment to go over plans and products. Each customer is assigned a project manager who coordinates all aspects of project from ordering product, scheduling of start date and all the trades. Their work is perfection. The crews are experts and are neat and courteous. We've had both our kitchen and hall bath remodeled and we are 100% satisfied. There really is no other company I would trust with my home remodeling projects. A+.

We just had our kitchen renovated by Patete and it was a great experience from beginning to end. From the initial design process to the final completion, they were fantastic about communication, answering questions, and getting back to us. During the reno we knew ahead of time who was coming to work on each day, and after each major job was finished the project manager would call and make sure we were happy with it. We had one minor electrical issue towards the end- we discovered the issue on Sunday evening and it was fixed before I got home from work on Monday. All of the tradesmen working in

Wow! I sure like my new kitchen! Keep in mind any major renovation is going to be a bit of an anxiety-inducing nightmare, but Patete made it as smooth and stress-free as possible on a total gut job. When there was a major mistake made at the cabinet factory, which wasn't their fault, they took responsibility without any weirdness. My taste is a bit quirky and colorful and the designer helped me choose the perfect backsplash, flooring and wall paint to go with my main color, cabinet and counter top choices. Master Bathroom Remodel. From start to finish Patete Kitchen and Bath did a wonderful job. They handled everything from design to installation. This is how contracting should be...seamless. Ethan (our designer) knew exactly what we wanted and even suggested changes we hadn't thought of...he walked us through the entire project. Dan and his crew (installation/remodel crew) took care of every minute detail. If you want high quality work and don't want to be your own contractor this is the place. Patete recently completed a full master bath remodel for us. I can't say enough about the professional experience we had working with Patete from start to finish. Our bathroom is a work of art and now the most beautiful room in the house! Barry returned every call promptly and kept us informed throughout the planning process. We had our bathroom remodeled by Patete in January 2021. Their process for planning is very smooth. Ken was our initial contact - came to our home to measure and give preliminary information. Super nice gentleman! Then we worked with Ken and Melissa to design the bathroom and choose products. Melissa was awesome to work with! Listened to what we wanted to accomplish and helped us design a beautiful bathroom. Bill did the actual work at the house and did a beautiful job! Was great to work with. Wore a mask any time he was outside the bathroom. Coordinated noisy project days and kept us informed

Can not give enough praise for Patete kitchen and bath in Carnegie! We had our complete new bathroom done in 2010, ran into some problems this year. Called them and they are completely replacing the items including a brand new tub. When they say Lifetime warranty”. They aren’t kidding. I’m still having issues with a new bathroom that Patete installed. My jacuzzi tub leaked and I have damage to my ceiling. The access panel is broken and hasn’t been replaced. When I turn on the water; I hear a whining noise coming from the fixtures. When the tub drains, it gurgles in my toilet. Something wasn’t plumbed correctly. This is unacceptable, given the cost of this remodel.

Our new bathrooms are beautiful! Thank you to Patete for a complete remodel of both our master bath and hall bath. Our experience with Patete was excellent. Everything from working with Barry, Taylor, Joe and Al and all the plumbers and electricians was a smooth and pleasant experience. The work was performed timely and efficiently. They have great design help, very smooth throughout the project. I had wall removed between kitchen and dining, then bar installed, looks like it was original! The workers are very trustworthy as I was even gone many days, just left key for them to get in. Every last detail was taken care of. Highly recommend.
