Capital Real Estate Construction LLC recently replaced my roof and they were extremely easy to work with. The roofing crew showed up on time and were very professional. Blaine frequently stopped by checking on the progress and he would send me before and after pictures of when any wood needed replaced or if there were any issues that came up during tear off and installation. They did an amazing job with clean up and I would fully recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.

My kitchen started as an old, oddly set-up room that we thought we just had to live with. There were so many immovable objects to work around, that we thought we had almost no choice in layout. As soon as he walked in, Bill was obviously excited to take on our challenging project. He really loves what he does. After only a month of construction, I can now say I have the most beautiful kitchen (and powder room--they added one of those, too!) I have ever seen! They moved radiators, raised windows, moved gas line and plumbing and worked with almost 100-year-old electricity to take our old kitchen

Bill and his crew were amazing to work with. They converted our useless third floor space into an elegant and functional master suite. We were continually impressed by the company's professionalism and attention to detail. Throughout the entire project, Bill's creativity and enthusiasm contributed to a final product that far exceeded our expectations.
