My husband and I recently used Edward Construction to renovate three bathrooms in our home, including a gut renovation of our master bathroom. Edward and his team were EXCELLENT and we are thrilled with the results. The work included replacing a walk-in shower with a tub/shower combo, building a new wall, installing new tile floors, new shower tile, painting, removing three vanity/sinks and installing new ones, removing old lighting and installing new lighting, and more.

We hired Edward to remodel our master bathroom. After receiving multiple estimates, Edward was a fair and reasonable quote that we decided to proceed with. His terms were clearly defined up front so there was no gray area for confusion. Edward and his crew were punctual and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. Worst experience of our lives. Edwards Construction lied to us and stole from us at least $2,000.00. We took some legal steps, but it costs more money and time which we were already rather bereft of and frankly wanted to put it all behind us. The only positive is that we received an education on how not to be taken advantage of in the future. I just wanted others to know so they can either choose someone else or if you do choose Edward's company make sure you protect yourself.

So I have been remodeling my house for a year and a half. But I just couldn’t do the bathroom myself. So I got a few estimates and I liked Edward’s the best. He was very respectful during the estimate and prompt. He kept an open communication line and made me feel like a part of the project beyond the client. I had a barebones bathroom with no drywall and just a subfloor. I had a lot of stuff for the remodel since I’d been planning it for a while. He was really nice the whole tome and his work (as well as his crew) is top notch! The tile work was beautiful, the tub notches masterfully done

Edward and his crew are amazing. Super professional, timely and efficient. We hired Edward after interviewing dozens of contractors in the area. We have had such bad experiences in the past, I thanked Edward and his crew for showing up on time. Edward's response, "Do not thank us until the work is done and you are happy with it." So now I can say thank you. The work is amazing, we love our new bathroom and could not be happier with the work that Edward has done. After meeting with 4 contractors to spec our job (master bathroom upgrade including converting a linen closet to a shower, main bath remodel, and converting another closet to laundry room) we hired Edward and his team to do the work. Edward Construction's prices were very reasonable and he promised a reasonable time frame from start to completion. Edward was responsive through the whole process, from quote to completion of the job and follow-up. We kept in constant communication via e-mail, text, phone, or brief morning meetings throughout the project.

We are remodeling our new home in Lawrenceville and had an excellent experience working with Ed and his team! We needed a dividing wall removed between our living and dining rooms and new drywall on all walls and the ceiling in the new, open space. This also involved removing and drywalling over a fireplace and closet.

Being new to the area, I was very worried about choosing a contractor to add a bathroom to our home. After some online research, I decided to try Edward Construction. Edward and Vladimir did a great job. The bid was reasonable, they started and finished on time, and their work is excellent. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use Edward Construction again if we have additional projects.

Edward and his team worked on remodeling our kitchen and finishing the basement. They did a wonderful job. Very professional yet extremely friendly. They were up for any challenges and tasks we told them. They would make it happen. Edward took the trouble to even search online for specific parts to help materialize our design. We added many things after the final quote, but they did not nickel and dime for small things.
We had the kitchen done first, and several months later we rehired them for our basement. We have had many complements for the work they have done. Edward himself is very experienced

Very Bad experience with Edward construction. I was fooled by good reviews on google and hired him for a deck extension job. He gave the cheapest quote. Only later did i realize how bad his service and work was. The job was poorly done. He delayed the project multiple times. Insisted on getting the money paid before he completed the project. A few months after he completed work , one of the deck pieces was coming off. He refused to come and look at it.VERY POOR SERVICE . VERY RUDE. I would strongly recommend against using this person.

That is, we weren't looking for contractors who would charge $800 just to 'design' the new look (no, this is no joke, one contractor actually asked us for this amount just to prepare a quote ...). Edward Construction was an absolute joy to work with. I took a chance and found them on google and it's one of the best moves I ever made. Edward was everything you'd want in a contractor. He was professional, dependable, honest, and hard working. My girlfriend and I absolutely love the work they did in our bathroom. Some of our favorite features in the bathroom were ideas that Edward presented to us. Everything worked out just perfectly. I'd recommend Edward to anyone and I already have.
