Established in 1972, Flat & Fancy Concrete has been installing only the highest quality concrete for over 47 years! Capable of handling the most challenging design projects whether a decorative patio, grey driveway, or large commercial containment system we have the background, education, and experience to exceed expectations.
Stenciled concrete is an advanced technique used to impart a very unique look on the surface of the concrete. Often used to emulate cobblestone, brick, etc, . Stenciling is not as prominent as it once was and Flat & Fancy Concrete is one the very few still capable of the technique. Close approximations of stenciling can be achieved with stamping.
Stained and polished concrete are often spoken as though the concrete treatments were the same. While some steps are similar, the end product is completely different. Staining concrete involves preparing the concrete surface with mechanical abrasion (grinding) to remove contaminants and imperfections and to improve the porosity of the concrete.

I would like to point out that this company changed ownership in March of 2019, many of the glowing online reviews are for work performed by the prior owner.
I am a business owner and I understand pride in workmanship and customer service.
We have used Flat and Fancy in the past under its original ownership for the same type of work. The original owner and his team performed the work wonderfully, unfortunately this current project by Garrett (the new owner) and his team is just not acceptable.

This was the third time I have used Flat & Fancy for concrete work- the last in 2012 for having a patio poured.
The work has held up beautifully on the last two jobs and still has no issues to date. In 2021, I decided to extend my existing patio and Flat & Fancy was my first call- and ultimately no reason to call anyone else.
The product, work and cleanup are great. If you are looking for quality work with a professional backing and at a reasonable price-look no further. They extended the patio they poured almost 9 years ago and it looks great.

I had Flat & Fancy do a stamped concrete patio about 7-8 years ago, and it was definitely time to put on a fresh coat of sealer. The owner, Garrett, came out and gave me an estimate with options such as how I can save money. I thought that was two thumbs up. The sealer work done on 07/28/2020...Wow! The crew did a fantastic job. The crew's attention to detail was pleasure to see! And the crew were very professional, courteous, and friendly. The stamped concrete patio that looked dull looks Brand New. Very Happy with Flat & Fancy's commitment to providing customer service. I have more concrete work

Garrett and his team are fantastic. We had a large patio poured in our backyard. To start Garrett was very professional in his initial visit. He worked with on timelines etc. His crew was also spectacular. Everyone was very nice and you could tell they genuinely cared about their quality of work. I have 2 kids that were very interested in the power equipment etc being used and they were great with them as well. Even going so far as to help them put their handprints in the concrete.
If you got a bid from a different company that is cheaper. (Like I did) I would still say reach out to Flat and Fancy

I couldn't be happier with the work Flat and Fancy did for us and wish we could experience such great customer service from all the companies we are utilizing during our remodel. My mom is elderly and has an older home. I called around to numerous concrete companies before we settled on Flat & Fancy.
