Services
Concrete is a fundamental component of most construction projects. It remains the most popular choice for driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas. Concrete is durable, affordable, and low-maintenance. While there are many options in colors and patterns, regular broom finished concrete is often the best choice.
Colorado Flatwork, Inc. has offered stamped concrete for over fifteen years. Our finishers have mastered the art of concrete stamping and are considered among the very best in the state. At Colorado Flatwork, Inc., we own complete sets of our concrete stamps. We are able to maintain the quality of our stamps and to achieve a better finished product than we could with rented stamps.
Early in August, we called Colorado Flatwork, Inc. for an estimate on enlarging and repaving our driveway and adding an apron to the street end of our circular driveway. Within two days, Mr. Bill Rasmus met with us and discussed our needs. He discussed with us what would need to be done to meet city code and answered our questions and concerns.

I reached out for an estimate on a concrete walkway, had a date for Tom to come over and do it. The day before, they called and cancelled saying they were too busy to take on any new projects. Amazing that a business is turning down any possible business. I wasn't in any hurry, I wasn't looking to have the work done immediately, but they decided they were too busy for us. I would not recommend calling them.

I had a very good experience with Colorado Flatwork for my front step and walkway replacement. The ground under my front step and walkway from the driveway had subsided (thank you dear builder) and the concrete was broken and uneven despite mud-jacking attempts. I wish I had not spent the money on the mud-jacking.
Here's why my experience with Colorado Flatwork was excellent:
1. Tom can out to do the estimate when he said he would.
2. The on-site manager (I really wish I knew his name!) was really focused on making sure I was pleased with the job. He solicited my feedback often and was very

When I called to schedule an appointment, I believe I talked with Catherine, she was very nice and informative. However it stopped there. She informed me there was an opening for a 10am appointment but having a full time 9-5 I needed a later time. We agreed on 4pm on a Wednesday. I get a call from Tom around 9:30 that morning asking to come by at 10. I left work early to be home by 3:45, only to find Tom waiting impatiently at my front door. The walk around was a complete waste of time. He did not seem professional in the slightest and his attitude showed that he would have rather been anywhere

Horrible customer service. Called for an estimate. Lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested I have the contractor swing by the site for a proper site survey. We schedule an appointment for 10am a few days later. I took time off work for the day of the appointment. At 8 am on the day of the appointment Tom called and said he would not be able to make it on time. He also went on to say it would be pointless to come look at the site until we had building plans. He refused to even give a "ballpark" estimate.
Tom said with out building plans he can not bid the job. Who in their right mind would
