FD Building is amazing! This is the second house of mine I have contracted with them . Dennis, Mike and Anthony have all the skills necessary to turn your construction and design needs into reality without a headache. While some companies promise, FD delivers.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Have talked to several people where FD Building has not fully paid their subcontractors finding excuses and legal routes.
I’d be very careful as a contractor to get paid correctly, and as a client to know what you’re paying for.

We hired FD Building to fully renovate a small 2 bedroom outdated home that had not been updated since the 50's.They added a large extension, two additional bedrooms and a garage. Their work was amazing! FD went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Their attention to detail and superior customer service led to amazing results. Dennis, Mike and the whole FD team were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend FD Building.

Dennis and his team are incredible. We had an issue with a previous contractor and we had Dennis step in to finish our Southampton house renovation. He helped us get the project done and it came out perfectly. We love everything. Milton has a great design sense and helped pick out a beautiful kitchen. Dennis is also very honest. He tells it like it is. He gives you a price and then he sticks to it and he doesn't try to up-sell or over-charge you for every little thing. He is always willing to work on things if there is an issue or problem and make it right. We plan to use FD Building again for

Dennis and all the guys at FD building are awesome! Dennis worked directly with me and my wife to make our project come in on time and on budget! When was the last time you heard of a builder doing that!?!?!
I told someone yesterday that I think the three biggest problems with contractors are 1) budget 2)timing 3) dust.
Dennis gave me a detailed proposal for my project from the beginning and stuck to that perfectly.
He set up a schedule on google calendars where each sub contractor was scheduled and pretty much stayed exactly on track.....only one or two hiccups that were somewhat expected with
