Enter into a contract on Dec. 2 2020. Pool Construction did not start until Jan. 6 and site was not visited prior to the dig. This is when the trouble began. * TMC did not provide concrete subs with needed information, thus causing a week delay. * Tile for pool not ordered in time, thus having to pick additional tile. Went to office with Nolan, where he yelled at me to read my DAMN contract. My mom walked out. * New tile ordered by Noland, 150 tiles short, more delays. * Nolan was to order final inspection on Tuesday, May 4. Instead, get a call from Mark stating that I must

We do NOT recommend that you use TMC for new construction and much less for repairs. They built our pool for roughly about $34K which we thought was a great deal for what we received at the time. About a year later, the pool company we use to complete regular maintenance on it found that they had to keep putting in salt in and alerted us that something may be wrong. After several tests were slowly conducted by TMC, it turned out that there were some cracks in the shell. Needless to say, we then waited about 3 months for it to be repaired. My pool was completed last October and I entered into contract with TMC last spring. I wanted to wait to write my review until I truly got a wholistic feel for them as a company and separate myself from the immediate stress of building a pool. This was my first time having a pool built, but if I had to do it again I would absolutely choose TMC. Mark and Nolan were patient, understanding, and helped us along the entire way. Horrible Experience! Had to get an attorney to get the job finished. Even then I had to hire out my own subs to get the deck and plaster done so that we could be swimming in our pool 1 YEAR after we started the pool with TMC. Had ROC come out and do a confidence inspection and the ROC wrote them up for a number of things that apparently did not meet industry standards. The absolute worst experience in 20 years of hiring any contractor to do any work in our home or office. Update: 2 days after leaving this review they contacted my attorney and made threatening statements about “pre litigation”

Dont waste your time with these guys. Had them come out and do an estimate on building a spa, spent a good 45 min listening to the guy about how he was one of the owners and they take pride in their work, and he would have me a quote and drawing in my email within a week because they were busy. Fast forward over 30 days later, I have called over and over and spoke with office staff who give me the run around and blame the owner for not calling me back and not emailing me the quote. They promise to call back within 20min, and never call, looking at my call log, I have now called 10 different days

If you want to have the worse ever pool experience of your life and be dragged through the mudd and also ripped off for way more than what you ever expected to spend , call this company they will make you feel like you got punched in the gut 100 times a day for 100 days straight. If you care about your money and dont feel like spending hours of your day dealing with them call TMC pools

We're very happy with the way our pool remodel turned out.
This is our first and we hope only pool remodel.
There were lots of positives about working with TMC. They include:
Working on our schedule - we were out of town some and they accommodated our schedule.
They were willing to make small design changes as work progressed.
They gave us plenty of time to make all of our design choices - and had plenty of samples for us to borrow.
There was only one unforeseen issue, and they worked with us to find a minimal cost solution.
Because we were novices, we didn't totally understand the process
