We are in the process of remediating a complete remodel that had gone wrong with another builder. We tapped 4 GEN for the remediation and we cannot speak highly enough about 4 GEN Homes and David.
Background: we were new to Arizona and the previous builder we had hired to remodel our recently purchased home — after 16 months of ongoing workmanship problems and error — left us with a complete disaster and abandoned the project: having falsified their licensing, falsified their insurance, having not pulled a valid or legitimate permit, or having proper inspections done, and hiring many to perform

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.
David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.
