Artistry and quality are the first words that come to mind when I look at our renovated bathrooms. I do not normally write reviews but I’m making an exception this time. Anyone looking for a home renovation should consider Golden Arm our new bathrooms are amazing. AJ and his Dad came to our home, listened to what we were looking for, sketched a design, and provide a fair estimate for the unique work we requested. They met us at the tile and stone store, helped us pick out just the right material and calculated the quantities. Our estimate indicated both bathrooms would be done over 14 days, which

Work was of good quality. Not the most amazing hand-leveled every single tile as promised. What it came down to was an argument of $200 on a $20,000 project. You may be hard-headed but so am I. My accountant could not believe what I spent for a rental property. And I can’t either now.
Do NOT dump your tile waste in the front yard rocks and splash the exterior paint. Also some sloppy work inside which they would gladly fix as long as I bought extra materials to have them fix what was wrong. They were my best friends throughout the renovation which took an extra few weeks because only one person

Golden Arm Renovation is absolutely amazing. I had my master bathroom remodeled and I love everything about it. They built me a shower, installed a free standing bathtub, installed a wood wall, barn door, and took out old tile and replaced it with new tile to match the bedroom. Stefan and AJ were so helpful every step of the way and even went shopping with me to make sure I felt good with all my design choices. They were very respectful to me, my family, and my house. I could go on and on about how great my experience was. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my other renovations

I moved from Dubai to Arizona four years ago. Finding an honest and professional contractor to do our pavers and interior flooring was very hard, since we already experienced a bad situation with a privious contractor, leaving us empty handed and never showing up. Stefano and A.J do precise work, quality and are very honest . I have highly recommended them on Nextdoor app and to my own friends. They have all been happy choosing Gold Arm. Great people and great work!!

Honesty, integrity, and master craftsmanship are what you get when you hire Sefer and AJ Kacalniku, the Golden Arm Renovation team. The project was to remove all the old flooring, the old kitchen, and install new flooring throughout most of the house. They installed 1600 sq ft of porcelain flooring and trim with close attention to detail and the precision of laying each tile. Quoted a reasonable estimate, and completed the job in the time they said they would. Golden Arm Renovations is a top notch business. AJ and Stefano are talented, professional, very dedicated to their craft and so easy to work with! We had wood-look tile installed in 3 of our bedrooms and we couldn't be happier with the results.
