Grandma's Handyman Service, Inc. is a Colorado-owned and operated handyman service located in Aurora, Colorado with over 100 years of combined experience in home maintenance and repair. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most qualified technician to complete the project at an affordable, effective and timely manner, without compromising quality or safety.

I will recommend your company to anyone who has a project that they don't that the tools or the time for, as your service and prices are perfect.
We bill at $80 per hour in quarter hour increments with a 1 hour minimum. For example if we work 8 hours the total would come to $640 or if we work 4 hours the total would come to $320. Materials purchased by Grandma's Handyman Service, Inc. will be added to the invoice as well. Additional charges may be necessary for specialty equipment, waste removal or dump fees depending on the job.
Grandma's works with businesses, government agencies, the military and retail establishments on a per project basis. There is no need to set up an account with us, simply call when you need our help. A: The billed time begins when the technician arrives to the job and ends when he completes the job or leaves for the day.
Leaks - If you notice a leak beneath one of your faucets, don't wait, get it stopped or fixed ASAP, waiting can only add to the cost of repair to your cabinet, floor or even the ceilings beneath the faucet! Examine the grout and caulk around your bathtub/shower every 6 months. Make sure there are no cracks.

Today Cory and Craig came to my home to do repairs .They replaced a broken sliding door and it works perfectly now ! They were going to repair some trim in a bathroom but found a water damage mold problem in the wall .I am so grateful that they were able to identify this problem and point me in the right direction to treat the mold

We had both Wayne and Russell out at separate times . Wayne did great job installing 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier in our dining room. Russell put up curtains and replaced a door handle/lock for our basement door. They were professional and did great jobs.

I had a natural gas line on the outside of my house that was all stripped and not sealed properly. I needed a new turn off valve installed and then my quick connect for my grill installed. Anthony did an amazing job, even reworking some things when the grill side wasn’t perfect (not originally what I requested). He was professional, personable and in fast. Will absolutely use this company again with confidence.

I have used Grandma’s handyman service a number of times throughout the years and have found them to be very reliable and professional. I have had a few small jobs like door handles installed drywall patched and doors adjusted . It’s hard to find a handyman service to come out for small jobs. They also do remodeling. Recently I had a my bathroom… floor tiled and a new sink and vanity installed. I find Grandma’s technicians to be respectful and competent. Gentlemen was unprepared left three times to get tools to do the bided on job. Had me pick up hardware he did not use. My storm door handle was installed upside down. Day two same gentleman wanted to charge 900 dollars to install a shelf 11inches wide by 10 feet long. Extremely unProfessional and not timely at all. At first seems like a quality person but as work progressed completely unprofessional and would not recommend them at all. They are more of a scam artist then handyman

I had my deck power-washed and painted. Donnell did a great job. He made a few repairs, then power washed the deck, sanded and re-painted it. He was very friendly, on time and very professional. He always cleaned up everything when he finished each day. I would definitely recommend Grandma's Handyman Service.

I've used Grandma's in my home and also to help restore a church Little Free Library and was extremely satisfied both times. Michael Giltner, who worked on the Little Free Library, exceeded my expectations and made the library look like new. He replaced broken plexiglass, painted new finish on the doors, put new fronts on the shelves, and fixed the lock and seal to protect the books from the elements. He did this all in a professional, friendly, kind way, and even had the materials donated since the project was for a church library. Thank you, Michael and Grandma for providing such outstanding
