Came home to find water in our bathroom, and two bedrooms from a leak from inside the wall on the outside of the house, We used Friend’s Plumbing to come out and fix it. They recommended Classic restoration & reconstruction in Palm Harbor for the clean up. . Called them, Mike and team came out and evaluated the situation . Gave us a quote. Jeremy was the main person we dealt with everyday . Jeremy was very professional every day that he came out ,he took his time and always took the time to explain what was going on and what was happening. Mike came out after being recommended by our plumbers. We're first time home owners and have been running into a lot of issues lately. Mike checked the areas of concern and eased our minds significantly and saved us a ton of money by letting us know what could be done (either by ourselves or with his equipment) and then treated the area with anti-microbial for us for free! Super informative and highly recommended.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could! My wife and I just bought a condo. As we were moving in there was a drain pipe malfunction associated with a hot water tank malfunction that caused a tremendous amount of water to leak causing some significant damage. Once the plumbers located the problem and fixed it, I called Classic, on a Friday night and they were out within and hour setting up dehumidifiers and drying fans. I thought this was going to be a long and involved process to get us into our home, but Mike worked rapidly with our insurance adjuster and went right to work restoring the damage. We were

Mike is the best!! He went in to our apartment that had been in a fire and had horrible water damage and salvaged absolutely everything he could. From things that were covered in mold from the humidity to the stuff that had little to no damage, he took care of it all!! Mike is a high quality, knowledgeable professional! My plumber recommended Mike and his team, as my bathroom and kitchen were flooded. They brought in all the equipment and set it up to save my bamboo flooring. Amazing, after four days, my floor was restored and isn't warped! Recently, I have had a structural leak and he came out quickly to determine the source of the leak and gave suggestions about how to remedy the situation. Mike came out within a few hours of me calling. Set up all of the equipment to dry out the damaged area. Helped me with getting the claim filed with the insurance. He was out every single day to check on the drying, always super friendly and encouraging and my dogs just loved seeing him!! He gave me great advice with dealing with the insurance company. I never felt any doubt at all that he would take care of me. I highly recommend using Mike for any services he provides, he is outstanding! Thanks Mike for all of your help! They were here from the first day of the incident, worked with my insurance company and HOA on the financials, brought outstanding workers for each task, did the work right the first time and on time and worked with my schedule.
