I was very impressed with Will and Taylor from Master Restoration….. they came out the very day that I called my insurance company to report the damage from a very heavy wind storm and they got on it right away to assess the damages and start lining up the necessary companies to fix the damage. On the very same day they sent two other gentlemen from Master Restoration with equipment to dry the areas that needed to be dried out before being repaired. Now they will start scheduling the work that needs to be done. I would recommend Master Restoration to anybody that needed help with restoring damage

The Master Restoration Emergency Services Team was awesome in helping with our two separate bathroom disasters. We started with water damage on April 13, 2021 and now almost 8 months later our house is still uninhabitable! We have contacted this company weekly for almost 8 months now and yet the restoration has not been started. Our insurance company has paid them about $12,000 and all we get is promises and excuses. Our job is a mobile home so not a large project. We should be at our home in Florida right now but since Master Restoration has not restored our home we cannot use it. We feel helpless as to how to get this company to do the work they have been paid to do. We see the glowing reports on this

Unless you enjoy waiting MONTHS to have products ordered and installed, never having calls your calls returned, having to start your process over and over because you have a new project manager again, and then having this company email you 4 months later threatening legal action if you don’t pay them $4,000 that you don’t actually owe, NEVER..I… repeat NEVER use this company. We had no issues with the guys who came to do the water mitigation in January of 2021, however, our flooring project took 6 months to complete. The actual installation took about 4 days start to finish,

I had an emergency where I needed water extraction quickly and affordably, as a carpet and pad had gotten soaked with clean water. Master Restoration sent Josh in less than an hour. He was very pleasant, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He also put some plastic sheeting under the legs of a dresser that had gotten wet, and pointed out where a nightstand had also had the legs get wet, so I was able to move it out of the room onto drying cloths. The gentleman that first showed up was Tom - from the emergency department… Great employees, polite and respectful. Then the rest of the team came in to size up the repairs needed. Horrible experience. Took them over a year to finish and they forgot to pick up permits and get inspections before the work was done. We were consistently lied to until we contacted the City of Dunedin ourselves. Then they had to finally get an After the Fact Permit. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unqualified for any remodeling or repairs.

They let us behind with an unfinished kitchen, it took them 4 months to finish! Appointments were canceled un announced, coming and arriving, whenever they wanted to come over. After 7 months, we found something was leaking, under the new installed sink, how long this was going on, we really don’t know, half of our kitchen sink is now useless, we… can’t use our dishwasher, because it is leaking so badly. We were trying to contact them, we did send emails, letters, even a signed letter, and No response, so where these people find the courage, to say 24/7 availability? So finally
