It all started when a limo driver was tried of driving and having high blood pressure in his blood. Doctors told him that he needed to do physical job to save his body. With a hand-drawn logo, advertisement in a local Craiglist, and advertising fund stashed in a ceramic dish, the endeavor was never expected to be more than a local moving company.

We will reach out to your manager and provide the Certificate of Insurance. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call (323) 772-7972. A $50 fee applies to all jobs canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours from the appointment start time.

They moved us yesterday, some from my sister's house, to my mom's house, then some to my house, the rest to storage. They are so careful with the furniture, belongings, and the house. They got a lot of left over furniture and belongings into a storage unit with room to spare. I highly highly recommend them. Hardworking staff, polite, and dependable.

My wife and I had JFK Moving bring a truckload of our things to a PODS storage facility for our cross-country move. The 3 movers were fantastic. They were on time, friendly, wore masks per our request and worked fast. They managed to fit our items into one POD when we thought we might need two which saved us nearly $3k. We would absolutely use them again.

Alex was very helpful and courteous when he explained the details and made my appointment and Oscar, Joe, Travis and Aaron were so patient and diligent as they loaded, what was a chaotic mess on my part, as I was not fully prepared. We had JFK movers come to our home to move us earlier this week. We appreciated how careful they were with wrapping our furniture and other items carefully. What was concerning was the lack of professionalism. One of the men complained about some personal things in his life even going as far as to make harmful generalizations about a certain group of people. This made us uncomfortable. Took way too long wrapping everything in Saran Wrap. Make sure they don't spend all your time doin that. Not 100% professional. A little too young! Should make list or take pics/ double check with customer make sure you're on the same page - as moving can be hectic and stressful.. just needs to be a bit more orderly so customer doesn't have to think later - about where something is..

After weeks of wondering why I kept receiving anonymous calls from blocked and unknown phone numbers, I learned today that this business has been calling me repeatedly to try to convince me to change my review (over a year later). Lol at the audacity.
Offering me $100 to change my honest review and then lying to me and telling me that the owners have been changed and fired to convince me to retract my review by bribing me is in very poor taste.

This company was excellent in how they handled their business. We had 4-guys and they all worked very hard. They packed some of our items doubled packed and secured every item. These gentlemen went out of their way to help with this move. I had a home on Baker Canyon in Santa Clarita that was involved in the tick fire. Second time I've used them. They are polite, very respectful and worked hard the whole 6 hours. Unfortunately, not all movers are this efficient and cost effective. Highly recommend.

Moving can be so stressful but JFK made the experience much easier! Our team of Tyler, Danny, Franciscko and Joseph were absolutely wonderful and helped us with a local single family home move. Tyler communicated with us before and day of the move, and really kept the job moving along. Team arrived promptly. They were friendly, professional and efficient throughout the entire process. Our items and home were handled carefully, with items being disassembled and reassembled as needed. It was a total team effort that got the job done quickly. I had our floors redone. JFK movers wrapped furniture in plastic and safely moved everything in house (boxes) outside under covered patio. After the floors were installed they returned and placed everything back in its proper place and even assembled bed back. Not one thing was broken and expertly moved everything without a scratch on my new floors. They did an excellent & professional Job. They worked efficiently and made sure to protect our furniture and new floors. I recommend them without reservation. You won't be disappointed!

Wish i could give 5 stars because they were great on our last move in Palm Springs but the LA guys were just ok. For perspective, the Palm Springs team moved a large 2 bedroom on a 2nd floor with incredible organization in 4 hours. The way they delivered everything was super well stacked up and easy to navigate.
The LA team moved a mid size one bedroom on a 2nd floor to ground floor in 4 hours with 0 organization and incredibly difficult to navigate. Unfortunately would probably not use again in LA but if you're in the desert, give them a shot!

Excellent and Professional services! I had a quick moving job to put together and Josh was a pro at helping me set up the appointment. He was honest and upfront on the costs and was able to set me up quickly with movers. John and Fedya arrived early and quickly helped me with my move. I really appreciate their care with my items even moving my fridge technically twice to avoid potentially scratching on a tight doorway of one entrance. I will definitely recommend JFK Moving in the future to others! :)

After 18 months of traveling 110 miles back and forth on weekends to see my girlfriend, we decided to move in together. While this is a big step for both of us, we had to chose a mover who could delicately pack all my girlfriend's stuff with care. VERY SLOW, OVERCHARGE, & NOT TELLING US IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
They took twice longer than another company for moving the same stuff. 1) Tristin did not tell me when he would take a lunch break, so he kept us waiting in vain and took longer than 30 minutes for lunch, but still charged me for his late time.
2) He also took 15 minutes for moving his car (blocking the truck) and charged us for it after I showed him a photo of where to park and when he never told me that he had to move his car as well.
3) They didn't tell me they would round up to 15 minutes for 5 minutes moving when they

SECOND UPDATE: the "manager" has responded to my review calling me a liar. They are getting desperate because they cannot deliver good service. I spent two days on the phone with a man named Josh who called himself a manger, covering this in great detail. He offered me a $200 refund for your failures because he wants my TRUTHFUL review taken down. I told him I deserve a FULL refund because my identity is now at risk - for many years - and I lost ALL of the photos of my deceased mother - UNDER YOUR CARE. If you need help moving use this company!!! I am beyond satisfied. Not only did they have extremely respectful, hard working, genuine people help me but they had amazing customer service. My storage unit closed at 5 and my window was 1pm-4pm so I got concerned that we wouldn't make it before it closed, but Adam made sure that he got people over there as early as he could so I had enough time. The guys showed up at 3pm(I only asked for 2 movers but they sent a 3rd guy to help pack up) and they hustled nonstop and had everything packed up by 3:45. They were fast, hardworking and really sweet
