Very communicative and friendly. I worked with Tom and Jeanine, and they fit me in on short notice. The driver Michael was on time with pick up and delivery. All of my things arrived safely, and nothing broke during the cross country move. The smoothest move I've ever done, and I've moved quite a lot.

They didn't pack things very well. I even asked them if they could pack things differently because it didn't look like it would be secure, but they just kept saying, "We know what we are doing." For example, they packed my 65" TV in the same box as my 55" TV, separated by my couch pillows, some stuffed animals, and a rug. I asked them to put them in separate boxes, but they didn't bring another TV box (even though I told them how many TVs I had before they came). Horrible service. They broke and damaged so many pieces of ours and then would not reply to emails. They replied to the first two emails and then when it came time to pay for the damage nothing. My move was on June 4, it is August 3 and I had to call them today to talk to someone. Here are just a few photos of the damage and the way they packed our stuff. Then today, they tried to tell me it was fault for the collapse of the boxes because I didn't have furniture. I had plenty of furniture. They tore down both kitchen and formal dining tables, I had 2 hutches, which were 2-piece units, a wine cabinet

Ed and is team helped move our church a few months ago. We were very pleased with the quote and the professionalize they showed. There was follow up and Ed even showed up on site to make sure all was going smoothly. We received quotes from two other companies and since we have a grand piano to move we were told that we would have to get an expert to move it. This would have cost us more money. Ed said no problem and it was moved with no problem. So if you want an honest company, great follow up use them you will not regret it.

Ed is great friend of mind and an excellent mover. If you need to move, call Ed Batto before you do anything. If you want to keep your valuables from getting broken or lost call Ed. If you want to avoid fighting with your spouse because moving is stressful, talk to ed before you even pack that first box.
