Put $40,000 worth of panels on my roof. 1 year later 2 panels are broken. Tech comes out and don't hear from them again. Call them out again, we have no record of your service call from January. I assumed panels are ordered and waiting on the new panels, no they didn't order anything or submit my warranty claim. So another tech comes out 3rd one fix the problem with electrical that they messed up during install and charge me $750.00. Tech takes 2 panels off roof that are broken and sits them in my garage, he quit and nobody bothered to start warranty claim again. So I sit with underperforming

The permit took over 6 weeks because they failed the permit submittal twice. After the issues with the permitting, they fired the person who was doing the permitting and finally got it finished. I received quotes from four different solar companies. All four of them did solar panel layout designs for my roof. Solar Advantage was the most professional across the board, and was the only company that chose a panel layout that didn't put panels in places that are shaded 50% of the day. Their estimates on costs to recuperate my investment were the most conservative, assuming a 6% annual increase in the cost of a kilowatt vs the other three companies that assumed 8%-10%. This is while also having one of the lower prices.

I got solar panels (micro inverters) installed last year. Been absolutely amazed by the power, as for the eval, quote, installation and financing it was super simple and had great communication with Jason H. In fact before I signed the docs there was a better deal and a better interest rate avalible and he made sure I was able to take 🌞advantage (pun intended 😉) of it! Also I had 4 other companies give me a quote on panels and they were the most professional, upfront and best deal. Our panels were installed in August 2017. In 2018 we had 2 months of credit from Duke and our average electric bill was around $9.95. In 2019 we had credit for 4 months and our bill has been being $9.95. The installation went as explained, their service has been prompt and any and all questions have always been addressed.I did my homework on solar installation and asked tons of questions from other companies as well. I spent at least 6 months researching solar panels, inverters, watts per panel, price per watt, system size, breakeven period, tax credits, tax credit rollovers, solar companies, reputations, and installation prices. I narrowed it down then met with 3 companies. Hands down, Solar Advantage was undeniably the one and only choice! Unlike the other salespeople, Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional, and the prices were very fair (I assume this is due to minimal middlemen and honesty). Got the 8k on my roof and it sweet as we use to be on balanced bill so had a 120 in credit so basic no electric bill since last June in fact we got a surprise 56 bill but that not due to the solar but my Trane 20xli indoor condenser leaked so it was due to that but always sterling work on the system so no problems as purrs as long as long as the sun is out

We bought our first home back in 2014 and it didn't take long to notice increasing utility bills. We interviewed a few solar companies and we're very happy that we chose to go with Solar Advantage.
