We recognize that customers have jobs to go to, kids to get off to school and a family life to come home to at the end of the day. For better or worse, the contractor you hire becomes an extended member of your family for the duration of the project at hand.

As a general contracting company, 95% of our projects encompass monitoring the entire project. We specialize in the design and build of basements, kitchens, baths and entire home renovations. We work with architects and interior designers on interior remodeling projects as well as complete home additions.

For a design and build company, basements are an opportunity for a designer and contractor to really do something special. There are limitations associated with basement-remodeling projects. Window wells, ceiling heights, columns, "I" beams and ductwork, all present obstacles that must be negotiated.
Bathroom renovations can be costly. Generally speaking, a bathroom's limited space requires a well thought out plan. We design and build bathrooms with a common sense approach that satisfies the discerning eye as well as the pocket book. Replacement of water supplies, drain pipe, relocation of soil stacks, all impact the final cost of the project.
We think our kitchens speak for themselves. The keys to a successful kitchen- remodeling project are not always straight forward. How a family uses the kitchen, how the kitchen fits in with the rest of the home, along with the cabinetry style, the lighting, appliances and countertops, all factor into the final result.

Absolute awful inspector!!! Started the inspection 30 minutes before the appointment time so before I got there. Missed very key items including a long term leak - clear damage showing in the kitchen. All items that were broken and/or damaged were items he allegedly inspected prior to my arrival (which was 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time).
I'm now left with huge repair bills.
