Great company and great service. Mark was on time and called when he was in his way to confirm. He was very easy to work with and took the time to explain what he was going to do before working on my furnace. He was very patient with my questions, made recommendations to get the most out of my furnace/AC, and didn't pressure me to get anything I didn't need.

On The Mark is a 5 star service with a 5 star team. It starts with the owner Mark. He was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. (Eric and Chris were our technicians who also rate 5 stars). We needed our furnace replaced. They were competitive, and completed everything they committed to in the time they said they would do it! We have used many services over the past 30 years and can say On The Mark is at the top of our list!!

I called On The Mark for a quote on an ERV. That's a Energy Recover Ventilator. He was the 6th person I called and all the others either didn't know what an ERV was or had little experience in installing them. He was well versed on the advantages of having this type of equipment in your home as it lowers CO2, Radon and VOCs. In other words, you breath better.
Anyways, we were due to change out our furnace and AC unit as they were near 20 years old and the inductor motor had been making loud noises for a while. He scheduled us the following week.
But two days later the inductor motor completely

Extremely happy with Chris from the On the Mark team. He was on-time, explained everything clearly, got to work and fixed our heater in no-time. Today a technician, Chris, came to do maintenance on my furnace. Mark came out first to see what kind of humidifier we needed. After his consultation, we made our choice and within 10 days, Chris came out and installed the unit. We had some special circumstances because he couldn't just hook up the overflow to our basement drain. But it was no problem for Chris, who fed the drain line into an existing pipe that went into a pump. He then showed me how to work the hydrostat and if need be adjust it. Great Job!!

I've worked with several HVAC companies but nothing compares. On The Mark goes above and beyond. Chris came to work on the furnace and quickly figured out the problem. With all his knowledge, he walked me through the issues and answered all my questions. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend! Mark installed a UV Light in our furnace. Our son has severe allergies and would need to use a breathing treatment nightly and I kid you not since installing this he has never needed a breathing treatment again! Honestly the best decision and I’m so grateful that Mark suggested it and explained it all to us. HIGHLY recommend the UV light and would extremely recommend On The Mark. Great employees!

Mark replaced my ac, furnace and water heater. He showed me several different options and explained all in detail. He allowed my dad and I to replace the base in between installing the new equipment. They didn’t seem to mind my dad and me watching the whole time (we were both pretty interested in the whole process). The whole team was very professional and quick. I appreciated Mark making sure everything looked so much better than my previous setup. I felt as if he was giving me the same quality as if I was a friend or family member.
