I called JDN after continuous service issues with Integrity Heating and Cooling. JDN quickly got to the root cause of the issue and identified a solution. They were excellent problem solvers, professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. My AC quit working today and it was 90 degrees out. I called a couple companies in my area, and no one was available. Then I checked Bartlett and called JDN Heating & Air Conditioning. It was 4:30pm. The gentleman I spoke with got right on it and sent someone over right away. He got us back up and running in 30 minutes! It wasn't a major issue, but he came prepared and had the parts and freon that we needed. My husband and I are extremely grateful to JDN, and are making them our official company to call on. Mike and his son are the best. Both of them work hard to solve your problem and will not stop until the job is finished correctly. I’ve been using JDN for nearly 15 years for repairs as well as AC and furnace replacement. Their prices are fair, their workmanship is impeccable and they not have a great sense of humor. Repairs are never fun but the guys from JDN make their service calls enjoyable. Just the best. Don’t hesitate to call them.

At 9:30 pm and of course on the coldest night of the year my furnace was not working. I was up and running before 11 pm. I felt the emergency fee price was very fair. Fabulous that service was quick, parts available and the company themselves actually picked up the phone and did not send me to an answering service. Thank you so much for ensuring my household was warm for the night and protected from freezing pipes.

JDN to the rescue again! We had an old furnace replaced by them a couple years ago, everything's great! So when we found that there was improper duct work in our home (not by JDN), we reached out to them. Even during the pandemic, they came out and thoroughly checked all the issues. With the time spent, and work completed, the charge was nominal. Very appreciative of all their help!

The JDN guys are awesome. My furnace went out some time late Christmas night and I woke to a cold house and facing the coldest Chicago weather of the season. They came out later that morning and managed to get the furnace going but since it was 22 years old the board was not able to tell them what was wrong and sure enough the furnace went out… again. They came out again and it managed to start but it was not worth risk of an old furnace with the below zero weather ahead. JDN showed up at 8:30am this morning with a new and incredible furnace that should last me another 20 years. Their pricing

This is my honest and unbiased review of JDN Systems based on our experience. Mike the owner is a hard working and very knowledgeable man, he's a little rough around the edges but knows his stuff and does a quality job. We had a very bad experience with a newly installed system that was only 10 months old, an AC unit and 11 components of that system were replaced during that time, after pulling teeth we finally got fully refunded. JDN Systems fixed my air conditioning and did it right away when they said they would! I would have easily replaced the entire unit outside because I was desperate to have air conditioning, however, their honesty and workmanship was greatly appreciated in that they only replaced a very minor part. My system has never worked better! If you want a great company to do business with, call these guys and they will handle it! Thanks JDN Systems!
