We have been using Healthy Air for at least 20 yrs for our buildings we own and our personal house. They have installed many new furnaces and AC's for us to replace the old ones that we inherited when we bought the buildings. They are always prompt with service and fair with prices. Very conscientious and courteous workers. Never had any issues with the company in all the years we have been using them.

Healthy Air replaced an old gigantic gas fired furnace with a small tidy energy efficient system about 10 years ago. Every year they service the unit before the winter. Once recently the heating element was misfiring and needed replacing. It was freezing outside. Healthy Air was helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this company.

The crew at healthy air are professional friendly and do the job right
The don’t mess around. I have thin walls...I heard a lot of convo and I was shock at the professionalism. I have had contractors come in I hear and they are talking badly unprofessional. Educated me on the new system.
I would always see their business on the driving on Roselle/Bloomingdale I thought it was a “green” business I was wrong they are company and can’t speak enough about the crews professionalism and how great the install was and cleaned up. They have to come

I am sorely disappointed in these guys, DO NOT USE. Bought an HVAC from them. Two years later, In December our Heater was touch and go, working one day and dead the next. Had the Tech out 3 times and it was finally 'diagnosed' that the 'Thermostat' was the issue. Was charged for the visit/diagnosis, but opted to buy/install my own thermostat. Heater starts working again with some noise issue, but no longer flatlines. Fast forward to the Summer when our AC goes out 100%. I call on a Friday and am told they will call me right back. 12 Voice mails later, I have my Mother-In-Law call on Sunday night

This company is not trustworthy. Their quotes come as picture messages with handwritten prices. Do your homework before you call for help. I figured I needed a new condenser pump so I checked prices at multiple store beforehand. They originally tried to charge me 279 for a condenser pump!? I took a picture of the box the pump they used came in and checked the model number. Same EXACT pump is 49 brand new at menards. Mentioned that to the worker and he got defensive saying they don't use that cheap stuff from eBay. Mentioned the same thing to the person taking my card info over the phone for payment

My experience with Healthy Air Heating and Air Inc. was really positive. They installed a new air condition unit and humidifier, and everything was done professionally, quick and at a reasonable cost. The guys knew what they were doing and were able to answer my questions and gave advice. I definitely recommend!
