Tom came immediately to survey the damage in my basement due to clogged sewer line. Did an amazing job gutting, tossing, cleaning my basement and made sure everything was sanitized! Tom worked with my insurance company and helped me with whatever was needed to be done. Great guy, great work. Thank you again!!!

My first experience with Tomahawk and based on today certainly not my last. I was very expressed how much they made me feel like a valuable customer. When I called my call was answered by a very friendly helpful women who listened to my story and suggested the perfect service at a perfect price. In the course of my conversation I mentioned my mother has dementia can be confused. I explained she has a dog who often has accidents in the apartment as a result the smell in the carpet has made it hard to get a aide to stay with her. Tomahawk came in such short notice when our basement flooded in our restaurant. We had a ton of water and were about to start dinner service. He managed to extract all the water in less than an hour just as service was starting. I know that if I called anyone else they could not have done what Tom did in such a timely manner. He also left us… fans and a dehumidifier to continue to the drying process which really helped. He provided very professional advice and overall the service was top notch. His pricing was more than fair for the work he had done. I highly recommend Tomahawk to anyone

I used Tomahawk last year and I was very impressed with the service provided. Tom is professional and personable. While my carpet is somewhat worn in high traffic areas, he was able to bring them back to life somewhat. I am in the process of scheduling an appointment to have him come back. Well worth it!

Tom is top notch! I had a small flood in my home and called Tom. After explaining to him what happened he mentioned that there was no reason to incur an emergency fee on a Sunday and walked me through the steps to contain the issue and clean the area. We then made an appointment for a quote the next day. He was prompt, polite and SO helpful. Actually helpful is an understatement.
