I have used Roberts Heating and Air for about 20 to 30 years. I keep getting great service at a fair price, so why change? I have even had units that I thought were ready to be replaced and Mr. Roberts repaired them and told me I had more time. But eventually all mechanical things break. They even replace the unit at my church and everyone agreed it was great service. Wow, a whole church agreed on one thing. (ha ha). If you want honest service and a fair price, use this company.

In the middle of winter last year our heating unit went out and a friend recommended Roberts Heating and Air to us for service. Instead of repairing a 30yr old system, we decided to have them replace it. You couldn’t ask for a more honest, knowledgeable and caring company. They are prompt, reliable and affordable.
We recently had them install a humidifier on our unit to help with the dry skin and allergy’s. Every home should have this. It has been a game changer for us.

Highly recommend. My a/c went out and they came first thing in the morning. They were very honest and gave me the option to repair or replace with the pros and cons of both choices. They were fast, friendly and professional. It’s nice to find a company that is honest and more concerned with finding a solution and providing options versus just trying to recommend the most expensive fix. They had the entire unit replaced in a short period of time. So glad I called them.

Highly Recommend - This company was referred to me by two different neighbors who has used this company on several occasions. Being new to the area, I had already did a web search and called another company, who came out and within 5 minutes told me I simply needed to replace my unit. A couple of my neighbors saw the other company there and spoke to me after they left , and told me who they have used for several years. So after my first experience, I was hesitant to just pick a number from the web search again.
