Terrible experience with this place. Honestly I'd give negative stars if I could. Our dishwasher broke back in October, and this company was contracted through our home warranty company to repair said dishwasher. A tech came in early November to check it out, told us it was easy fix and the part would be here in 3-5 business days, and here we are at the end of December and I still don't have a working dishwasher. We've called this company numerous times; their mailbox is always full so you can't leave a message. We've gotten a person on the phone twice, and both times she

On May 10,2016 . My dryer machine broke down, I did search find out Dexterous appliance repair was the best .i has appointments next day at 10am. Shamsi a technician show up , he has fix my dryer back to normal. He is a nice guy and carefully on thing his do . After that next day I did call him to installation my new dishwasher I just bought a day ago. One again he took time take my old dishwasher out and put new one in without damage my hardwood floor. Thanks Shamsi , he is my best appliance technician. I do recommend him to everyone else thanks again Shamsi
