They did a great job with HVAC installation and duct cleaning. The team was courteous and worked hard the entire time they were at our home.
A couple small issues. They left a considerable mess. My wife and I will spend an hour or two cleaning floors, carpet, surfaces, and ceilings (finger/hand prints all over the white ceilings and walls where the duct vent covers were removed and installed). They also missed re-installing one of the vent covers.
Advice: Partner with a cleaning service and have them follow the install team with a quick clean. Bake it in as an option. Nobody expects the install

You know you've chosen the right company when your heat goes out overnight, you wake up freezing cold, call the company that installed your HVAC unit and they've got the issue fixed within 45 minutes of the initial call. Stellar service!

This business is shady. The guy came to our house on December 7, 2021, and instead of actually providing us with how he could fix what was wrong, he was trying to sell us on more efficient units and gave us a ridiculous quote to fix both of our units….one of which isn’t broken. He also said he would be giving us a “great deal” if we replaced both of our units. Yeah, right! I really feel like the only reason he gave us this price was because he was trying to make money at Christmas time. He also didn’t clean up his mess he made in my house. The two gentlemen that came out and repaired our unit were terrific. I believe their names were Stephen and Taylor. They were on time, very professional, answered all my questions and were able to get our unit fully repaired and cooling the house in no time. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The technician, Payton, was able to come on Sunday and arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. Quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and discussed the resolution. Took the stress out of having the a/c stop in the middle of July and gave me a fair price to boot! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Air went out and 90 degrees in house. Called Spring Hill Heating and cooling they went out of their way to make sure the air was fixed before they left me even driving to Nashville to pick up the part. Gave me no hassles with warranty. They are the best and would recommend them every time. They have been my go to for HVAC for 8 years now and never disappoint.
