My heating went out just as the temperature dropped and Heritage Heating & Cooling LLC provided prompt, stress-free service just when I needed it. I felt Jeff and Josh to be professional, reliable and honest. My problem was a minor and easy fix in the end, and I appreciated that it was handled as such. I also asked a few extra questions unrelated to the present issue, which Josh didn't mind taking the time to answer. I'll continue to use this business going forward. Thank you!

I called another local company because we were not getting any heat. The other company came out and told me the entire unit needed to be replaced and that it cost about $12K. After talking to them they said I could get by with just replacing a pump for $2300. I called Heritage. They came out immediately, carefully inspected the unit and determined it was just a bee hive that was blocking the vent. The removed the blockage for $95. They could have gotten me for thousands of dollars but were honest instead. Whatever you do, don't waist your time and money by going anywhere else... Heritage is the

Jeff and his team did a great job getting my HVAC system up and running again. They were fast, communicative, and quickly diagnosed a problem that other techs missed. I'd been putting off repairing my unit for several weeks (partly due to some poor communication with other techs), but Heritage got me back in working order within a couple of days of my first call. Wish I'd gotten in touch sooner!

Heritage has been our HVAC company for years and they continue to impress with every service call. Today, a Saturday, Billy came out to troubleshoot a unit that wasn’t cooling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. And, in spite of the rain and it being a weekend, he had a very positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with. After being denied by a home warranty company , I was looking for someone reliable. After reading the reviews I selected Heritage and see why their reviews were so good. Jeff spent hour’s diagnosing the problem and his team of Steven and Drew fixed the wiring issue that someone else had messed up, saving us $1000’s.
