The tech was in my house less than 15 minutes. The heater would kick on and then kick right back off. He opened the panel went to his truck GOT A BRUSH, no other tools. He came back inside and said dust and carbon can build up on some bar and the sensor will detect it and kick the heater back off. HE BRUSHED THE BAR went and turned on my heater and it stayed on. I was expecting to pay a minimum of one hour for coming out. I was charged 184.00. I called and they offered to take 10% off ($18.40). I have always used them in the past, they have lost a customer. I use to consider them fair and reasonable

The landlord where my shop is located uses them, and they were here the last week of December putting in a new heater. Well, a few days later two of the guys come back (while I'm running errands) and tell my employee that they left their DeWalt battery here (which they didn't)...so, they help themselves to the area where we keep our tools, and take the DeWalt CHARGER, and tell my employee that it is theirs. When I get back to my shop, my employee tells me what happened, and I call their shop immediately. The lady who I speak with on the phone says that they just arrived at the shop. So
