After having a previous plumber that our warranty company had sent to our home 3 times because of a sewage smell that overwhelmed our house and not resolved the smell or given us a logical reason for the problem, we contacted Joe the plumber and his team Josu and Dustin did an awesome job figuring out the issue. Great service at a reasonable price. They had to break out the brick on my house to repair the faucet. After repairing the faucet did a great job repairing the brick and cleaned up all the mess. I mentioned a faucet in the house that had low pressure and after doing what he was hired to do he fixed my faucet free of charge. Great customer service. Something that is getting more rare all the time. I will use them again and will ask for Damon!

I spoke with Heather on the phone and she was incredibly helpful and understanding. She got Damon and Rocky to come right out to help me! I'd been dealing with a warranty company for a week and was fed up with their service. These guys really explained what was going on and were very professional and knowledgeable.
