Don't recommend. Their workers legit don't want to work. Long story short- we have a small wooden bridge and they don't want to "risk" their trucks to go through.. ok that's fine- but TO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE SITUATION!?! We have been flooding since Saturday- called them Monday to set up a appointment for today and of course they showed up AFTER the "time frame"... Then for them to not even WALK up to our property to check out the problem?! Incredible. Clearly don't want to work or make money. They told us they couldn't walk up there do to having another job and "wasting their time already being

We called to get our septic system pumped. They quoted 49c/ gallon. A bit on the steep side, but hubby said to go ahead. What they didn't say is that they charge per foot of dirt they have to dig. They charge $250 + tax ($271) for an assessment of your septic system if they aren't able to access it easily and have to leave to get additional equipment which would end up being additional charges to the tune of at least $1000 additional to the $250. Highway robbery. The guys who came out seem to be fairly knowledgeable, but the business and fees are completely unethical. The picture is what we paid

They pumped my septic & replaced the filter and let me video & take photis.
The owner, Bryon, was nice & informative and makes you feel comfortable that knows what he is doing. He takes the time to explain and answer questions. He also has a nice group of guys who get the job done neatly and professionally.

Quoted way less than they actually charged. Said we needed a huge overhaul, but gave no advise on who to talk to next. Reported us to environmental services with a bunch of false statements that were not happening with our septic. Worst of all, he only would talk to/acknowledge my husband even though I was the one who spoke with him on the phone. Will never use again.

Called and came out next day, thank goodness because it was full. All other companies had a week out or longer. Young man did a great job in one hour. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was they need to give you a call before coming because the office said 11:00 and it wasnt until 12:45 that he showed. I could have done my errands that morning if I had a better time frame. And it was $100 more then the quote over the phone in which he should have explained when I called that depending on how much water they had to add could change the price. But he did a good job and so happy it's done

Want to share how pleased I was with the Service and advise provided. Bryon Summers came to clean the septic system and provided some suggestions, such as how check and clean the filter, modify the pump for easier services, and to install a raiser to easier access. Explained the benefits and offered to let me call if I have any questions when doing the work. I appreciated the service and have followed his suggestion. I am very pleased how it has made it better for serving by me on the pump and ease to perform routine maintenance. Thank you Bryon.

We had Superior come and pump our RV today. It was the most horrible experience of our lives. We have used superior three other times and never had a problem with "Nick", one of the drivers. He was always courteous and respectful and followed instructions.
Today, Bryan - who is the owner, and who I also found out just recently even got certified to do this work came and tried to pump our RV tank. Not only was he rude when I explained to him his error, but he proceeded to tell me of all his experience doing this when in reality he was just certified recently. So, he lied, was rude, and made a bigoted
