I had them out to pump my septic system. When I called I was able to schedule a date and time for the pumping to happen. Of course they told me it was a rough estimate and things could change throughout the day. I get that and understand that.
When the technician arrived to pump the system he told me there was an issue with it and I needed a technician, he would schedule one for me if I wanted. I told him no as I don’t like doing anything “immediately” after it’s suggested by a company.

BEWARE! Our family experienced a horrible situation with Evergreen Sanitation. We hired this company to install new sump pumps in our basement and the technician they sent out ended up flooding our entire basement due to his negligence. The manager and office staff made so many verbal promises of rectifying the situation, which they never followed through on. I was out many thousands of dollars due to the damage they caused my basement yet they still demanded that I pay them the full amount for the sump pump they installed and ultimately, denied they ever damaged anything. Rich and Justin came out to my RV having serious black tank issues and in need of pumping and a flush , they dropped what they were doing and within a few hours of my call they had made it to my rig and had everything fixed and flowing. Highly recommend this company enough experience and great customer service to get anything done

We had an emergency situation and Evergreen came and emptied our Septic tank with only a few hours notice, we were so grateful they could fit us in!! Jose was polite, fast and gave us great tips on septic management for the future. Highly recommend!

I couldn't have called a better company to provide service for our septic system. Troy had to be the most professional, knowledgeable& pleasurable service tech for our septic system needs. He explained the situation I had in a professional manner showing me exactly what needed to be taken care of and got us handled in no time! I would recommend these guys anytime to anyone ! We've had other companies on this property in the past whom I won't name or recommend and this company is a complete 180 of what we've had in the past.

Troy!!! If Troy is the standard in quality of service at evergreen, I will never take my business anywhere else. I appreciate the knowledge along with the service so much. As a new septic owner, the first pump felt a little intimateding, but Troy left me feeling like an expert. We just had our front yard completely renovated and due to a glitch in the irrigation system had to have our septic pumped. The guy that came out trampled our new grass to the point of no return. I can even begin to describe the feeling of watching him carelessly rip up our grass in to find the top (even though I told him the grass would lift as one piece). I would only use this company in extreme cases.
