What a great company! Telford had done a lot of work for us, but one a/c (that they didn’t install) had a problem. Deanna was amazing. She nailed the problem within minutes and had us up and running in no time. A capable and charming person who left us with smiles on our faces. How nice is that?

Look, this is my first time purchasing an a/c unit. but even without prior experience, i can tell you that shaun and his team A++, 5-star professionals! first, my intial interactions with shaun - he knew what i needed AND he knew what i WANTED! i thought i knew the products i wanted, but he steered me toward better quality, longer-lasting, proven and tested products that got me what i wanted while also protecting me falling into the trap of choosing trendier, less-proven/tested products. we had several conversations and then a home visit to really nail down what my family needed. next, SUPER FAST

Our AC has been having issues for months now and has been looked at by a few different companies. Promises were made and not delivered. I found Telford Cooling at the Better Business Bureau and decided to try them out as they had an excellent rating with them. They came out the first time and evaluated several problems with the cooling system and went to work. I can't say they are the least expensive option but they were very timely and dependable and did excellent work.
