Century Roofing ripped us off for $5000, never fixing the leaks on our commercial roof and then refusing to refund anything!
These guys will stall forever to keep your money and are incompetent from my experience. They came out literally 10 times over a FULL year (or at least claimed to), said it was fixed, but the rain kept leaking in, ruining the flooring. After water damages continued to escalate, we were forced to hire another company who fixed the issue the first time they were out for far less money. AGAIN: An ENTIRE year waiting for them to properly fix our roof!

One of your estimators came out to price a job for me. I gave him a deposit in the form of a check, which he accidentally lost. He was very apologetic about the whole incident, and I felt like it was an honest mistake. I called the office and explained everything, and I was instructed to put a stop payment on the check. I paid the outstanding invoice as soon as I received it.
