Let's be honest, all roofing companies aren't a like. I will also say that lowest price isn't the reason to choose your contractor. What is? Well I would say this..... CFL Roofers were my choice because they were the most professional and were extremely responsive and the price paid was the price quoted, that simple. They were not the lowest bid, in fact they were about in the middle but a roofing job isn't all about price or at least it shouldn't be. Let's start with Jimmy, professional, incredible follow up, validated his pricing with facts and took the time to explain every detail of the job

We worked with Sam Edwards at CFL on our roof replacement after a hailstorm.
Sam was very professional, very hardworking and persistent to get our roof job done. Our insurance company was hesitant to the give the full payout for our roof replacement. Sam's persistence with our insurance company helped us get as much money as we could from them.
After the insurance was settled, our roof was replaced and it was done very quickly. Again, Sam Edwards and his roof replacement crew were very professional. Our new roof passed inspection and looked really good.
CFL was also very timely and providing

I was very comfortable working with Mr Sam Edwards of CFL Roofing. He did a thorough roof inspection for my estimate, was quite patient in answering all my questions, and met or exceeded warranties and quality of supplies offered by the other three companies from whom I obtained estimates. His price was very reasonable and CFL was able to complete my new roof much sooner than the other companies. Very important during hurricane season, and in my case, to get my new house insured as rapidly as possible. His crew was on time and reliable, and they cleaned up the property well.

CFL took great care of us after the 2021 hailstorm. Our roof got hit pretty bad and we actually had some interior leakage. They promptly got us inspected, handled insurance paperwork for us (which was key, as we were incredibly busy in life at the time), and completed the job professionally. We had one minor issue pop up and they fixed it the next day. Our new roof looks great. I've recommended them to neighbors who were looking for great options for their own roofs.

CFL Roofing did a really good job on my house. My roof had some prior issues besides just re-roofing. Jimmy was very attentive to my concerns and addressed them all. We had good communication and he kept me informed all throughout. I was impressed with how CFL’s quote was right in line with my insurance company’s estimate which indicated to me their integrity, straight forwardness and honesty. I will definitely recommend them.

CFL roofing is highly recommended if anyone ever needs roof installation or repair. I am from out of state so a little nervous at the beginning. We wish to commend Mr. Sam Edwards, (Project Manager). He went over and above to please us. When ever we called him with some incidental maladie, Sam was there that day. CFL was doing a roof on the corner of our street, and we approached Sam to look at our roof. He stopped by later that day, and the rest was history. The nine Men and Women had my roof done in one day, working 12 hours of really hard labor. They replaced the wood (where necessary), and all the drip edge.
The Women worked as hard as the Men, and when they were finished scraping, and lifting the material, they cleaned the debris

Before you sign a contract with them do your homework, do your research! And whatever you do...DO NOT sign an AOB (assignment of Benefits). Do not give them or anyone that much power over your money/Insurance claim. I learned my lesson.
After getting denied through my insurance, CFL put me in contact with an adjuster who was able to get my roof approved. Once that happened, CFL contacted me to get started on my roof. They needed me to sign paperwork to get the permit pulled. Their price??? $17, 490 to replace a shingle roof on a 1490sq ft one story house
