Kyle and his partner did a fantastic job with the install of my Lopi Evergreen. They were very professional and very knowledgeable of the woodstove. The stove delivers tons of heat, and the blower is the most powerful fan I have ever felt on a woodstove. I would definitely recommend Country Stove and Chimney of CNY for any of your heating needs

The fireplace, the installation and the professionalism that was displayed In continues to be followed up was beyond exceptional. We are incredibly pleased with our new fireplace. It all started from the initial call to the office how pleasant, direct and the care that was shown without ever meeting in person. Countryside recently installed our Lopi 616 DELUXE EMBER-GLO fireplace insert. To install the insert on the first floor, they had to run electrical and gas to the fireplace from the finished basement. They did an amazing job at minimizing impact to the finished area. Countryside and its installers did a great job with the install, and their clean up was one of the best I've seen from a contractor. It was like they were never there, and we had a brand new fire place insert. They also did a thorough job with training of the fireplace insert usage and its remote. Highly recommend. Very fair pricing

From start to finish Bethany/Kyle made this a seamless experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout. We had a new FP insert installed and given clear instruction on how to use it(chose remote thermostat). It is working great and we could not be happier with the whole process.

Kyle was wonderful. It was a pleasure doing business with him, very professional while installing my insert. I would highly recommend Countryside Stove and Chimney to everyone.
