The selection is good, but the customer service not so much. Good luck having anyone help you out or acknowledge you’re even there. When I approached the guy at the desk, ( there were two) he didn’t seem to interested in making a sale or helping. We went to another place and purchased there.

Clean and organized get to bring home samples to see what tiles will look like in our home lighting. Great customer service very friendly and reasonably priced.

Great selection , Good prices . However the staff is unhelpful and dishonest. I spend $1500 in titles and the first question I asked to the salesman is if we could return any unused titles. He said as long as the box is unopened you can return it any of the titles you bought. However after the sale is completed the tiny letters at the bottom of the receipt said return are accepted but there is a 20% restocking fee and no returns on marble , glass, or discontinued titles. So out of the $1500 spended in titles $800 were in glass titles. I went to return 4 boxes or $400 in unused titles that they

The tile selection and prices are very good. I shopped around and found Buddy's to be the best price for what I was looking for. The staff was only sometimes helpful. There was one lady that I would seek out because she was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. There was a gentleman who offered to load my tile into my car. He was very eager to help and very friendly. The other staff people seemed like they hated their job and they did not want to help you. Once I asked if a particular tile was made from ceramic. They carry a large selection of tiles with very good quality and reasonable price. They even allow you to take samples home for measurement and matching. Highly recommended.

I love this place they have a very large variety of tiles, the quality is way better then those Home supplys store's and the staff is amazing very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely recommend shopping here

Having recently heard much advertisement about Buddy's Tile and given its close proximity to my home, I decided to visit the store. I was immediately impressed by the variety of large displays depicting options for floors and walls. Beautiful, high quality tiles of different sizes and colors were well organized in the spacious setting. I was promptly offered assistance. An employee named John was obviously an expert not only in every feature of every type tile, he was also highly skilled in tile installation. Don't purchase anywhere until you have gone to Buddy's. The only thing they don't have is overinflated prices. The sales staff is awesome, the selection is incredible and the prices are well below the other stores. The store layout is very welcoming and there are several installations on display to help you get started. Overall they blow away all the other stores!

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They took the time to make sure I was happy with my order. Other companies should strive to achieve the level of professionalism I saw in every person who works there. I especially want to thank Farrah for all her hard work!

I like this place.They have a much wider selection than I thought they would. It is a bit hit or miss as to what they have, but if you find tile you like, you'll save quite a bit.
You're pretty much left alone to browse, but the help is always nice and will answer any questions you might have.
I highly recommend you check out Buddy's... it sure beats the tile at Home Depot and Lowe's for both quality and price.
