We couldn't have been more surprised with the wide range of selection in the relatively small store. The owner struck a good balance between being helpful and not hovering. He filled the order quickly and the price was fair for high quality tile. We bought all our tile there for a bath and will definitely go there for future projects.

We had to redo our bathroom and we went to many tile stores. Tile Factory was by far our favorite - best prices, best service, and friendly staff! If they could provide the tiles we liked from other stores, they would match or beat the competitors pricing. Jeff, the owner, was always responsive and accommodating. We felt we got honest opinions and good help in the selection process. Also, the tile we finally chose, varied from tile to tile. We ended up ordering 2 extra boxes and picked through for the ones we wanted and returned 2 boxes. We highly recommend Tile Factory and would go there

Jeff was helpful even when it was busy. He gave me some great ideas and suggestions based on my criteria.
But there were lot of delays (from the manufacturer) on the delivery of the tile that I ordered with no ETA. After a over month of waiting, he offered me the option to come back to pick another. I choose one that was a bit more expensive and he placed the order at no additional charge over the previous order and it should arrive in 1 week since its domestic. After another 2 weeks, I get a call that my order arrived and arranged delivery (which was free) for the next day. To my surprise

Tile Factory has it all - great service, great selection. I went to lots of other tile stores and found Tile Factory to be the best option. Jeff, the owner, is awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable, trust worthy, and reliable. I used Tile Factory for our new mud room, bathroom, and kitchen. The selection is very good -- very high-end and modern to classic and affordable. Definitely worth the time to check them out.
