Greg and Toni Mullen could not have been more responsive or professional. They explained the process, and did a thorough and effective installation of the foam....and at a very reasonable price. And so far, the foam has done everything I could have asked...lower electric bills, a home that is more quiet, and a basement that no longer floods, even in the heaviest rains. I'll start with no services were ever performed, that's the problem. Started off smooth, communication was solid and an appointment was set up. Greg, the owner I assume called late to cancel due to being held up on a job which is fine. Rescheduled for the following day with a catch date of the upcoming Friday. Greg no showed both dates and has yet to respond to any emails for further contact. I hate writing terrible reviews but if you waste three days of me sitting by the phone/at home waiting for an appointment that you no show on, the review is well deserved!
