If I can give more stars, I will. I could not tell you how professional and honest these people are. I had a main water pipe cracked at the foundation and One Way Plumbing was helping me to clean up and notified me that I might need to clean up the water in the foundation. The team from Bravo immediately responded to my request and contacted me and sent a technician the same morning to check for the water situation and the moisture barrier. At the end of the day, it was a positive news that the crawl space is big enough that the moisture will be dried out by itself with enough ventilation.

Bravo Restoration was amazing to work with from start to finish. Both Chelsea H. And Aly H. Went above and beyond any expectations. they where helpful, attentive and efficient. I had some hangups with my insurance company and both Chelsea and Aly worked extra hard and diligently to resolve the issue and bc of that I'm forever grateful to them both. Once we got the all clear to have the cleanup completely we received excellent work from everyone at Bravo including Maura, Dana, Jesus and Crissia. Bravo Restoration comes highly recommended by me and my family.

We were referred to Bravo Construction by our insurance company as a "trusted partner" to complete a repair to our house after a car rolled into it and damaged an outside wall. After stringing me along for 4 months and sending 4 different company representatives to my home for inspections and estimates, they recently reached out to say our project was out of their "scope" and they won't complete the repair. Seems that my one wall repair isn't a big enough job for them. Super shady company, do not recommend.

Insurance recommended Bravo Restoration after a wind storm and I was pleased with their services. I hired them when materials were hard to come by and expensive and they stayed on schedule or notified me promptly of small delays.
One of their Construction Specialists, Izzy, was a fine craftsman in every task he took on that was listed for repair. Great worker with exceptional skills.
Another plus: The Bravo staff worked directly with insurance and subcontractors for the repairs, which is invaluable.

I had the pleasure to work with Bravo Restoration & Construction when my washer flooded my floors. Linder and Hector came out immediately to assess the situation in order for the sweet (and organized) demo girls, Mayra, Suzana and Beatris, to start work. Keyon was here daily checking on the drying process and would always ask if there was anything else he could help with before leaving. Luis has a great team!

I was very pleased with Bravo Restoration and Construction Co. Luis' team, Keyon, Danna, Crissia, Mayra, and Linder were all very professional, competent, and friendly. They handled the water damage cleanup and mold remediation carefully and efficiently. They always came within the time window and called a half hour before with exact arrival time. I was very appreciative of Monique as well. She communicated with me regularly and got back to me promptly when I had questions. They are a great company!

I had a kitchen ceiling leak caused by a 1/2 inch copper tubing elbow joint slow water leak. This required removal of sheetrock and plywood backing.

The company dispatched Rafael Linder and his colleague who arrived on time. They made a careful assessment of the house and roof to determine the probable cause of the leak. Bravo did so much to help with restoring my bathroom. They took care of asbestos and mold removal very promptly and professionally. Izzy did a wonderful job repairing all areas of my house affected by the mold removal. He especially did a great job with the venetian plastering. My company recently had a bio-hazard situation in one of our off site locations. BRC responded quickly to our difficult situation accessed the scene and offered their services. Two days later (and a lot of hard work) the job was done! Linder and Teresa stayed in communication throughout the process, documented the scene and completed clean up as scheduled. If BVC services are ever needed again. I will be requesting both Linder and Teresa!

5 Stars to the entire BRAVO Restoration TEAM!!! Cole was my support system through this entire project. She was on top of EVERYTHING. Professional and interested in my project. Insanely outrageous prices and the staff is unwilling to discuss cost adjustments. So disappointed in this company that seems to be so prevalent in our community. Definitely will not use them again and recommend friends and family avoid them. At least the guys that came to our house were helpful and friendly!

We contacted Bravo Restoration to come out and give us an estimate for the cost of restoring our house from smoke penetration after the fires last October in Sonoma County. They indicated there would be a fee of $165 for coming out, which we agreed to. They came right out and gave us an estimate. After we got our insurance company's estimate back and found out they would not cover several parts of the work that Bravo Restoration had recommended we do, I called and asked Bravo to do everything approved by the insurance company. They got back to me and said it was "all or nothing"

We thought we might have a mold problem in our trailer and BRC came out the next day. They were very easy to talk to and to set up our appointment.
Cory came out and he was wonderful. He was exactly on time (which is rare with most companies) and he was very knowledgable. He inspected everything and gave us his diagnosis.

Bravo helped us out when a windy rainstorm peeled part of our flat roof back on a house we had just bought. Our insurance recommended them (USAA). They came out ASAP to glue down and tarp the roof for a quick temporarily fix, and left fans and a dehumidifier to help dry out the interior where the water had dripped through. We had to call them back several times because the roof was still leaking, or the tarp/sandbags were coming loose, but they were always quick to come out within the hour of calling (even at late hours!) to try and resolve the issue. There was an accident where a truck ran into the corner of the house. USAA referred this company to us. They came out quickly and that is the last thing they did in a timely way. They did put up the scaffolding - but the garage was not usable for our tenants. Months passed before the work was done. Had we not suggested a good stucco person I fear the work would have been finished in a substance manner because they were ready to paint before it was time to.
