The fire suppression system in our house sprung a leak. NRT was out within hours with machines to dry the damaged area and strip all the soaked sheetrock and insulation. The team was very professional and was very helpful dealing with our insurance claims. They did a great job from beginning to end--we couldn't be happier with their service. I'd give them more than 5 stars!

These guys are experts and know what they are doing. We had the whole first level of our home flooded by a washer malfunction. They showed up within an hour and removed all the water then set up the blowers to dry.
Explained the process and were very nice through it all. They worked with my insurance company and helped get things restored fast. I am purely amazed on there knowledge in everything and customer services.

What a great business!! An upscale emergency services operation with amazing people who care, respond, follow up, and follow through. Not franchised or licensed and not too huge. They approach each project as if it were their only one! Insurance headaches are mitigated, and their work is beyond reproach. The best company you hope you'll never need. Super impressed.

When we experienced our water heater leaking water across the vanity into the bathroom floor to adjacent closet. We panicked...called Benjamin Franklin plumbing to remove the old, bad water heater. He referred us to
"NRT" amazingly with quick response, William the crew leader member came out to access the situation. He explained the process throughly. The following day Dehumidifiers, fans were placed to dry floor, also molded drywall was removed. The company is understanding in mitigation. Francisco is a hard worker with a great kind attitude, along with his coworker.

We had a leak in our washing machine during a quick outing to the store one night while we were gone. Second we got home I called Josh and they were there very quickly to remove all the water from our carpet. Their response was unbelievably quick. Josh was so helpful explaining how to remediate smoke damage from a pot that I left burning on my stove for two hours. The smoke-filled the house and made everything including all my bedding and furniture smell like smoke. He also explained the ins and outs of dealing with the insurance company. When we initially met Josh Wikoff - he was so thoughtful and supportive. That is not how that "relationship"ended up. The cleaners he works with destoryed countless items in their machines - we threw out half our clothes, linens and textiles. The cleaning done in our house was superficial and half assed -- many walls were not touched and I ended up going over them after they left.
But what bothers me most was the theft of many items. It took months to get several items returned - that I had fortunately taken photos of after our fire. But many highly treasured items were not given back

They are way too expensive, way too expensive.
I got some work done in Marinwood in July and just for drying up the kitchen floor due to water leak and to remove mold they charged me almost 6k !!!
Their initial estimate was ~3500 and they kept on increasing it later. Their invoices are detailed but ghost prices ! Way too high than you can imagine. For around 2/3 days of labor work and 5 days of just machine doing their drying, they ripped us off with ~6k bill !
Don't hire them, look for much more reasonable prices elsewhere.

I have had a lot of issues in my house due to water leaks. The first time I had this problem it was on a weekend and it took days for the insurance company to send out a mitigation service. That mitigation company assessed the damage but didn't get any drying machines in there for another day or two. By that time there was mold and I had to fight to get the damage covered. I learned the hard way that it is imperative to get mitigation going as soon as the damage is discovered so it doesn't get worse. Now, at the first sign of water damage I get National Response to come and I pay $1,000

Our house was involved in the Atlas fire, Napa Valley, October 2017. We had a major leak at our Rental property in Fremont, Ca. Our tenants notified us at 6am. Fire department was on site to get things under control, however there was a complete flood of the 2nd floor. I called NRT and they were onsite that morning with equipment drying things out.
The NRT team was fast, professional, and thorough. They even helped the tenants move furniture.

Salvador was very good to work with and the cleaners that he supervised got my house into a very clean condition. A chimney sweep had put his vacuum cleaner's nozzle into the pile of ashes in the fireplace and gone outside to get supplies. Meantime I was in another room, on the computer, with my back turned to the door. I got up to see what progress he had made and noticed that a cloud of fine gray dust was in the air in my office. It only got thicker as I made my way through the hall and into the living room. The entire house was full of it! It was a soot bath for the whole house. Every inch

Salvador was incredible! He was available when I called and also responded to text messages almost immediately. We had something growing out of the floor and wanted to make sure it was handled properly and quickly. Salvador did just that! He was able to come out and treat the problem the same day, and was also able to work around our schedule. We could have not asked for a faster, more professional or more pleasant response from any company. We are incredibly pleased we chose to work with him. We definitely recommend this company!

Salvador is super responsive and really helpful over the phone. We had an issue with sewage damage and he gave a very affordable price for clean-up compared to other companies. Because it was a huge emergency, he came out on a weekend to check out the problem and scheduled an appointment that Monday. The best thing is, he's VERY responsive over phone and text!

Salvador did exceptional work! Our apartment had intense smoke damage from a fire and a smell we though would never come out. They were in and out in just a couple days and EVERYTHING was spotless (probably cleaner than when we moved in) and there was no scent of smoke at all. NRT worked with our insurance adjustor and kept us in the loop during the entire process. Wonderful people, wonderful work!

NRT was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. NRT was referred to us by our real estate agent. She had worked with other mold removal companies who had trumped up mold issues to shore up business but had never had that experience with NRT before. I'm glad I called them. They were very responsive by phone, email and text. They were able to set up appointments quickly and resolve the issue. I would definitely use them again although I hope I never have to.

They knew exactly what needed to be done, and were courteous and responsive through the multi-day process. They also referred me to a general contractor to do the needed repairs.
