In April of 1945 Louis and Rose Feriozzi, hard working and charitable people, recruited their son Joseph and daughter Connie to join them in the family trade, establishing L Feriozzi and Son. In the early days, the company did renovations and other projects that helped build Atlantic City into a premier resort.
As the City by the Sea grew, so did Feriozzi. In 1970, Louis's son Joseph along with Joe's sister Connie formed the current company of L. Feriozzi. Joe quickly became the contractor of choice, as his no-nonsense reliable approach to construction became his hallmark. Joe was not one to spend a lot of time talking but allowed his work to speak for him.
In the days when your hand shake was your contract and your word was your bond, not only did Joe and his crew build projects that contained significant concrete components, but also built a reputation of integrity and quality. With the arrival of casino gaming in Atlantic City in the late 70's, L. Feriozzi was at the forefront of opportunity.
