After securing a Final proposal agreement (Dave) one of owners and communicating weekly about when starting, he began delaying and delaying ,3 months later i received a text they don't want to do project "too busy". Keeping me hanging on ,talking about starting every week and i secured permit and prep driveways they completely abandoned the job .He seemed professional enough but as usual don't judge a book by its cover
