I really wanted to like the company I believe the structure is there for a very successful cleaning company but for the needs I had in my multi-unit building I thought the cost for what you get was good but the finished product needed constant attention repeatedly and then I still ended up cleaning much of it myself again... For a move-out cleaning you would think they would move the range of the refrigerator and clean under it it is absolutely filthy and both of them moved out with ease I understand not wanting to rip the gas line up the wall but the people that are cleaning aren't 5 year olds

Copy Cat Cleaning is the contractor for our building I have watched him now for just about a year , although he is a very nice individual he does absolutely nothing I have watched him on too many occasions he take the recycle can to the front , picks up a little paper and then he is gone , the only time he actually can into the building and vacuum is when it was time to renew his contract , the building itself is filthy there is spider web and dirt all on the steps the floors haven't been vacuumed since March this guy is so lazy and he is still getting paid .I am sorry but it's the truth I don

CAUTION: Do not waste your money on this con man's service! I called and spoke with the owner, Bryan, at Copy Cat Cleaning to inquire about deep cleaning services for my home after having our wood floors redone and whether I could use a Living Social coupon for this. I wanted the ceilings, walls, trim and floors cleaned well throughout the house. He informed me a deep cleaning would not be covered with a Living Social coupon so I agreed to pay full price - $200. The service provided by him was HORRIBLE!! He did not clean anything - only dusted with a microfiber cloth and handheld duster

I, too, created this yelp account for the sole purpose of reviewing this company. This company was listed on Groupon and I purchased a package of three cleanings. So far, Brian, has come out for two cleanings. Each time our house was left dirty. The last time he came my partner literally went around behind him and re-cleaned our condo. We have a three bedroom and one bath unit. Every other cleaning service we have had took between 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. The last time Brian was here he arrived at 10:50 and was ready to leave by 11:05. I was shocked because there were a number of things he had not

I am yet another Living Social customer who purchased a voucher for this cleaning service. I was told that someone would come to my house between 7 and 8 am. Once 8:15 arrived, I called the company. No answer. I received a call back and was told that they had called me on Friday to confirm the appointment (the service was supposed to be on Monday). I looked at my call list and saw that I did miss a call on Friday. However, it was at 6:30 pm. In addition, there was no voicemail left! How could I have possibly known that it was them calling to confirm the appointment when no voicemail was left? I

Copy Cat Cleaning gets 1 star only because I can't select "0." I'm another Living Social new customer. I was able to reach a man early afternoon early June to schedule an appointment for 3bed/2bath services. He began to say the next available wasn't until mid-July. When I explained the voucher I'd purchased expired July 6 and would he still honor it since he wasn't available until after that date, he found a 1 hr time slot late June. When the day of the appointment rolled around and no one had showed up after 10mins of the service, we called. No answer. We left

Please think twice before purchasing services from this company. I purchased a LivingSocial Voucher for this company. When I called the number listed on the voucher, I was told that the "Living Social/Groupon department" was not in the office and I needed to call back after 3pm when they came in. This is also the main number for the company. I called back after 3 pm and no one was there. I left a voicemail that was not returned. I called back the next day and was able to schedule a time for the company to come out and clean my 1 bedroom apartment.

Excellent value from an organized small business. i was going to buy the groupon for 3 cleanings but discovered i could get almost the exact same deal without a coupon. that means for less than $200, we got three full housecleaning sessions. the two people who did the first cleaning were completely professional & friendly (i think one of them was the head of the company). they cleaned our two bathroom, two bedroom apartment almost top to bottom while they were here for the first hour-long session. highly recommended.
