Critical: Professionalism
Services performed to very good standard but I had them for end of tenancy cleaning. Instead of keeping client confidentiality they broke it and slagged me off to my old landlord.when I called them out they said they would message me back as proof for tds but never did.

I would give minus stars if I could! Booked on line for carpets to be cleaned for Wednesday September 19th... two bedrooms stairs and landing, and sitting room quotes £89. Spent morning moving furniture hoovering, husband took afternoon off work to supervise. 1pm came, no carpet cleaner, 1.15pm no carpet cleaner... rang an asked receptionist to see if there was a problem or if he was running late, she advised she would call me back. 1.45pm no call back, so I tried again, no answer ( this was the outcome for the rest of our day) I tried calling so many times and was ignored so my husband an I spent
