My couch had lots of stains because of my dog. My friend recommended this company and I emailed them.
They were booked for almost a month ahead, but I have decided to wait. And I’m happy I didn’t go with a different company.
Guys did a wonderful job. They used some enzyme treatment and other stuff on my couch. I recommend this for pet stains.!!

They showed up on time and were very efficient and quick. I had several pieces of upholstered furniture pieces done, all different fabric types and all came out great! A stain that they originally said they weren't sure they could remove turned out perfectly, not even able to tell the stain was ever there. I would highly recommend for any upholstery cleaning.

We just moved to Chicago and needed all our furniture and rugs cleaned. We had to wait for 3 weeks for the closest availability as they were fully booked.

Our brand new puppy decided to go to bathroom on our mattress and made us very upset. We tried to clean it but the smell never went away and it left a watermark. We called Chicago Couch Cleaning to find out if they can help. Two techs showed up on scheduled time slot and fixed the accident very quickly. No smell, no stain, nothing. I love that they know what and how to do it. They are all certified and trained and it shows. 5 stars for outstading cleaning service.

Excellent work! Love how they cleaned my sectional and carpet! They showed up on time, the pet stains were removed, they were fast, professional, the quality was outstanding and the room smells great. The two men that cleaned the couch and rug were very knowledgeable. Julia was wonderful and scheduled me for first available appointment. My carpet and couch look brand new!! I am never going back to any other cleaning company. They came highly recommended by my daughter who used them and was very satisfied, too. Thank you so much!!
