I made the mistake of making a trek to their Stone Mountain showroom without realizing they are wholesale only. They do not sell to retail customers. They were gracious enough to let me walk through their showroom though. Topcu has the most gorgeous natural stone tiles here. Truly stunning. Heads and shoulders above the quality and variety of your big box home supply chain stores. I only wish they are willing to sell me a small quantity for a small DIY renovation project. Too bad.

Sad to see this company be a shell of its former self. I haven't bought tile in a while and they were so rude and accused me of going to their competitors. Not understanding that not many people use travertine anymore their main product. I always had a good relationship with them but now there are just angry and vindictive for no reason. Everyone else I know I will make sure they will know how you treat your customers! In business I have competitors too but they make me a better business man and I'm thankful for them!

The absolute worst place I’ve ever shopped for tile! Customer service is horrible. We had to go inventory our own tile, get the sku numbers, look it up in a book to get pricing all while there were about 15 people sitting behind there desk not willing to help. Something that could’ve taken us 30 mins to pick out time and pay for it, took 2 days. Then had to wait 2 hours to get loaded up! Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. We had numerous questions about tile pricing, and nobody was willing to get up and go help us which is about 20 feet from their desk to the warehouse it’s
