Unorganized, no customer service skills, no ommunication with clients let alone the employees in the same building. Their inventory on the computer doesn't match their physical inventory in warehouse. Given them many chances to prove me wrong with multiple orders over the years and they never seem to get anything right. Ends up costing me more money and time to deal with them. Quick hint.... go to anneheim store. They are wayyyyyy better and very efficient.

This place has the worst customer service you could ever think of. Chuck didn't bother to even respond to my request for a design and When i called to enquire i was told on my face "If you dont like our service why don't you go find some other place". I would be a fool to trust such people with my highly important kitchen remodeling. I have not found any place as rude as them in all my years in USA .They just lost 20k of my business and i would not spend a penny of who doesn't respect customers.

If you want to pay high prices and have terrible customer service then go here! Daisy was completely lazy and could care less about answering questions or helping us, even though we had an appointment with her. I have called and left 3 messages since for Hector and no response.

This place has the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I made an appointment for 2pm and when I got there no one could be bothered to even greet me. I asked about checking-in for an appointment and they told me to wait. I waited 40 mins before Chuck was willing to talk to me. During my appointment Chuck took calls, handled other business, answered the phone and even took off for a short period of time while I was waiting at his window.

This place was awful, and I should have heeded the warning signs after talking to one overwhelmed woman and another very rude man in phone conversations leading up to my visit. But my contractor suggested this place, so we went.
After arriving at our appointed time and telling a guy behind the desk that we were there for our appointment to pick kitchen counter tops, we were told to look at the selections throughout the store and come back with at least two options in case one option was not available.
