We all choose to live in sunny and wonderful Hollywood FL for a reason. The weather is spectacular for the most part of the year. Of course, there are times when the heat gets brutal or we have to deal with harsh weather but we're tough. People in Hollywood FL know how to handle the weather and the heat.
It's a real shame that more people in Hollywood FL don't realize the importance of having regular AC maintenance done on their HVAC units. All too many people take their air conditioning units for granted. Of course, when they are working, few people in Hollywood FL give their ACs a second thought however; as soon as the house seems to be getting warm, they quickly panic because they know that something is awry.
For years, anytime a home's HVAC unit failed to cool effectively, the air conditioning services technician would immediately "recharge" the system. This simply entailed adding additional refrigerant into the HVAC system. While this would be a quick fix, it just doesn't clear up the issue. An HVAC unit that is low on refrigerant must have a leak somewhere that should be addressed with professional AC services in Fort Lauderdale.
Last year, my business partner and I purchased a really cool property near the water in Fort Lauderdale Florida. It was a foreclosure, so it was obvious that we needed to put a lot of work into the property before we would be able to put it back on the market. I get it. Flipping houses isn't a new idea for some people, but this was only our second attempt so don't judge us too harshly.
There are loads of people in Davie who never think about their HVAC units until something happens and the unit needs AC repairs. It's important that people understand that their AC units need regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent AC repairs. Just imagine the amount of dust, dirt and pet hair that gets sucked into the ventilation system over the course of a year!

Shlomo responded immediately after my call and from call to completing the repair took less than two hours. He was professional and educated me on the unit as he made the repairs. Found an issue the last service company didn’t and also took care of that. My condo was cooling immediately and had cooled two degrees before I got back inside from paying him. Very happy with the work and the whole process. Will definitely call again.
