Mike Balan has been servicing our condo for 20 years with excellent service and regular maintenance. Recently, when my own fan and motor for ac/heating broke down, the repairman, Max, was here promptly, Mike himself came to oversee what needed to be done and I had a new motor installed and working perfectly the next day. These folks know what they're doing , are very fair, courteous and dependable. An excellent company.

I gotta give it to Mike - he runs a good ship. I had him install two new A/C units about 3 months ago - great comms, great responsivness, cleaned up, polite etc. Here we are three months later and my third unit (not one of the new ones) is leaking. I call an emergency company and they come by telling me if they replace the broken drain pan there's a good risk they'll blow the whole system so I'll be stuck with a $2000 repair cost for the drain pan (????? that seems high) and then need to buy a whole new unit. Where do you think this was leading - hey lady, just buy a brand new $7000 system fom

I've had a seven year history with Mike Balan and Co. They are always prompt, make repairs quickly leaving no clean up problems. With them through this high rise I've had a yearly maintenance contract which has turned out to be money well spent. If they can't fix the problem, they will recommend a reliable person who will.

We had a great service experience at a reasonable cost from Mike Balan AC Company. The owner came out with his apprentice and checked our units, cleared the clog in the lower pipes, and did not try to upsell. Very nice and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Mike Balan A/C. From the after-hours answering service that was extremely profession, to a return phone call within 10 minutes, and at my door in another 15 minutes. Mike Balan was courteous and quickly identified the problem. He fixed the clogged drain in the a/c and checked the entire system. He was upfront with his charges and didn’t try to upsell. Pleasant experience all around. I am happy to add my excellent review to the many others I found online.
